A woman, to her two little kids: "You can only have one piece of candy. I don't want you filling up on junk food. We're going to Burger King for Chicken Fries."

Oh dear. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I guess BK does have more nutritional value than candy, but not much. Yeesh.

Hahah! I love it. It's like when I overheard a gal on the El (several years ago) saying, without irony, "No, not Bennigan's; I want to go someplace fancy, like Applebee's."
